CAI for 07's

Just got an 07 and am not seeing to any CAI for it. I was thinking that a 06 CAI would fit the 07 just wanted someones opinion.

What CAI produces the most gains? I know someone had some dynos comparing Comptech and Injen. Anyone have a preference? For my Si I had an AEM and Injen.

I was leaning towards the injen.

Stupid question but does anyone see an improvement in MPG if you drive normally? I hard to lay off WOT.

A reflash would be nice.

I'm pretty sure the intake configuration and size is the same as the 06.

+1 and as for Injen Vs. Comptech, I had the injen SP1431 on my TSX, sold it, then bought the Comptech Ice Box and I am more pleased with the icebox than the injen

Here is a good thread to read about the relative performace improvements due to the Icebox and Injen.

Injen and FUJITA both over great CAI's. Injen is more popular b/c it can also conver to an SRI as was mentioned.

PM us if you need one.

Just to say it, any TSX intake kit will work for all years: 04 - 08.

Yea, but keep in mind that the throttle body has increased from the 05-06 and 07. I have the Injen CAI SP1431 and I think it's killing my mpg. It's loud when you gas, but I have a feeling it's being more restrictive on the 06-07. I had a hard time installing the intake because of the increase in size. I only get 300 mpg with the Injen. Anyone with 06-07 with injen cai with the same gas problem?

Thanks for everyone's advice with the CAI. I may go with the Injen just bc it is a two pieces and not for the SRI option. After installing 3 AEM CAI's on my SI's I need a break. Threading that intake just isn't to fun though it may be easier on the TSX.

This mod plus a reflash will definitely bring a smile to my face for a few years, till I install a SC.
Thanks again.

I had the Injen 1430 RD (not your 1431 MR) on my 06 and I had no loss in gas MPG.

k&n has a CAI that converts to SRI too. it also comes w/ a dry charger filter (repels water and dust). seems to cost less vs. the injen, but injen has does look cooler in the engine bay. their dry charger has to be purchased separetly.
