Bumper guards

Does anybody here know where to get the rubber bumper guards as seen on Chris_F's car?

Bumper guards are available for the European Accord, but you'd need to buy them thru a Europe dealer. Rough prices about a year ago where $150 for the front's, $180 for the rear, plus add in overseas shipping.
