Best place?
Hello all!
I asked 2 weeks ago about a CAI. After debating between myself and a few friends of mine, I am near 95% mode to purchase this. Now, what is the best type of CAI? My friend recommended Ingen saying it is the best.
Also what prices do you all see them at? He mentioned he got a CAI for his 05' Corolla XRS for $50 off a Toyota forum. Kind of cheap IMO. I am CAI for TSX around the price of $250.
I usually tend to go with the best bet for the money. Whatever seems to have common appeal with all of you, I will trust it to be the best since everyone here seems to know what they are talking about.
Is it best to buy online or in-store?
Thanks for all the tips!

He is still offering this. A very good deal indeed.
As I mentioned to him, my main goal in doing this would be to increase my MPG. Some people say I could, while some don't. I don't want to waste money here if I can't get even a LITTLE better (I am not talking 5-6 MPG, but even if I jumped from the mid 24's I get now to mid to high 25's or low 26's, that would be WELL worth it for me).

I was getting about 25 over the summer with say 20 WOT accelerations per fillup. But I also drive about 75% of my miles on the highway. I put my intake in in november(the first week it got cold) and my mpg has stayed about 25 with the intake installed. I question if the cold starts and different fuel mixturefor the winter has reduced my mpg from what I will get this coming summer.
