Any differences b/w 5AT and 6MT shiftknob?

Any differences b/w 5AT and 6MT shiftknob?
I was just wondering if there's any differences between Automatic and Manual shiftknob for TSX? Anyone know the size of the tread pattern??

I believe MT is 10mm but not sure for AT.

Someone help ~
