alrite well guys all is off. Don't ever ever never get obx. Just finished installing it, and first thing first, there's a big leak somewhere but i can't find it anywhere. The #2 thing is that the bolts and nuts don't line up. The biggest thing of all, the stud broke off while i was tryin' to torque it and now i'm fucked over. Don't ever get em even if your life depends on it.

like my earlier post, don't ever buy em.The stud on middle flange broke while tryin' to torque and the header doesn't fix properly so the bolt will strip the threads on the engine block, lucky i was able to put everything back. Here are some pics of the alignment compared to stock and the broken stud

Huge pics! Resize to about 1000px, that should be better.

mods you want to post a warning against these headers since they are such poor quality?

I was lucky i was able to get the oem back in without much problem however, i don't think i could ever replace my header again since the threads are all stripped inside the engine block and i ain't gonna take my chances with it again

By doing research and stumbling on this thread, it should be good enough.

If someone wanted to build a sort of review over what's a good quality product and what's not so far, could be good too, although many things are pretty subjective, so it would be difficult to reach accurate conclusions.

Bummer, I was looking at these and posted a question about them. One thing, though, my search for "OBX headers" didn't return anything -- said "OBX is too short a word to search on.

Anyway, glad I found this thread through Google. Saved me $200 and a lot of pita. Gotta love AZ.
