You guys won't believe it!!!

It was very windy tonight.
I was home and about to get off my car.
As soon as I opened the door just a little bit, the wind blew so hard... I was trying to hold the door but the wind pulled me along with the door all the way out and slammed the door into the street post.



If it was my old Saturn, the door would be bounced right back!!!

 

Yeah, stupid wind blew all this junk out into the street yesterday. Sometimes the damn door swings out too far...sorry about the ding.

 

You both should try living in the City of Wind.....

 

Last Thursday (4/12/07), as I drove out for lunch, I saw a girl being ticketed by parking enforcement because she was parked on the street cleaning side of the street. The girl was screaming at the guy....

...the reason why she didn't move her car was because this very huge tree had fallen on her car...lol At least we know her car would do well in a roll-over...the energy was transmitted out and her trunk took some damage without a direct hit.

I also found some branches between my car and the wall...the problem is that i'm parked between the trees and the wall, so the branches must have gone under my car or something *shrugs*
