Wires for Navigation?

Does anyone have a diagram of the wires for the Navi? Basically I want to find out what wires need to be connected for a non-navi to nav conversion. I know it's only been done by flopez before, and what I might be getting into, but I'm tempted to try it out.....

It seems like the radio, climate control plugs are common, and there are two new plugs that needs to be added. I'm guessing one connects to the dvd/navi cpu so that should take out a whole bunch of wires. The question I want to find out is, what are the remaining wires, anything more than a speed sensor wire, etc?

as far as i know. yes, you need to add two plugs (20pin blk/wht and 14 pin white) behind the navi display unit. those two plugs are from the display unit and audio 6disc cd player connect to the navi dvd unit so you can control the cd player, climate and navi on the LCD.

Can you circle the two plugs that you are talking about on this picture?

Do you have to add or cut wires from the original plugs in the non-navi when connecting to the navi display unit?

Are you saying that we only need these 2 additional plugs and then we can use the original plugs on the non-navi to have all the neccessary wires to run to the back?

Thanks,

Thanks,

I am talking about the Black/white 20 pin connector behind the LCD. another one is located at the buttom of the cd player (white14 pin ). You still need 3 connectors behind the navi dvd unit to run to the back of the head unit
yes we can use the original plugs on the non-navi.

Hey Achca, are you sure it's the 14 pin? From looking at the service manual, it seems like the white 14 pin is for XM radio. The 20 pin one (Audio unit connector A) is the one with missing wires. Please let us know.

from what i remember, there's 3 wires (B3,B9,B10) goes to this 14 pin white connector from the navi unit display (3,13,4).
