i don't park the TSX outside since i have a two car garage but damn, u have an evo and TSX. u must be loaded. with that said, y don't u move to a house since parking any car outside will have risk of being scratched, hit and of course, the bird poop.
i also heard that if the car is always outside, the paint will fade faster throughout the year. just a thought

I don't have a garage, so I park mine outside. At least my reserved spot isn't under a tree.

Mines outside too. The Integra gets our one spot in the apt parking

It is however safely within view of our couch next to my g/f's eclipse. Both of which are parked out of the way and way over to the right to prevent dings

That is one bummer about apartment life. My car is parked outside a night. During the day, it is at work with me, so it stays in the parking garage.

Loaded? hahahah I wish. We own a 1283 sq ft townhouse w/ a 1 car attached garage. I wish I could get a bigger house, and even if I could we only have been here for about 8 months. I dont want to get hit w/ capital gains taxes.
Plus the the prices are crazy up here in Nor Cal.

The car wont fade faster because its only gets hot during the summer months.

I actually have a two-car garage, but i don't like parking my tsx inside because every time i park it in the garage, the tsx gets extremely dusty and i hate that. I leave both my gs 300 and tsx outside on the driveway.

I certainly understand not wanting to or being able to move but the law was change a few years ago in regards to capital gains on a home. I think you are in the clear unless you buy and sell houses as an investor.

Mine is outside also. I do have access to a detail shop.:P

Mine is also outside, BUT under a car port (apartment living).

Now if only I could have my 2211 sq. ft. house with 2 car garage back!

I'll get hit w/ capitol gains if I sell the house within 2 yrs of owning it. Even if I roll it over to a new house, I'll still have to pay. I've been living in my house for a lil 8 months now.

Wish i had that size house!!! You'll get something like that one day. My friend went from a 3080 sqft house w/ 3 car garage to living w/ his parents. The Ex wifey took the house.

Mine stays outside on the driveway at home. I have too much junk in the garage. I have video surveillance on my property to record trespassers.

At work, I park inside the garage. Today, I parked in the far corner away from the adjoining space to leave lots of room. So what happens? Some a-hole in a beatup Pontiac with a million dents parks in that adjoining space way over toward my car. <grrrrrr!>

I have to park outside also as I'm in an apartment. It's been 2 months today since I got my baby and I've washed it approximately 16 times. I only seen one other TSX since I picked mine up and I feel it's my responsibility to keep her clean. When someone see's mine, I want them to say WOW a TSX, and a clean one ta boot.

Yeah. I was unemployed for about 8 months, along with the rest of my family (so I was bankrolling them).

Then I moved to a place where the cost of living was about 20% higher.

Although....I really like not having to mow the lawn in 100 degree weather...

Outside for my TSX. The wife's van gets the spot in the 2-car garage (along with my ATV and lawn tractor ). Gotta have the room on either side to load up the van with the kiddies

Mine is parked outside...gotta love apartment life eh?

However, it used to be parked in the parking garage during the day while at work, but now I'm working nights again...so she sits out in the sun all day...

Lots of TSX owners park outside. Glad to see it isnt just me.

I just had a thought, my mom's house is only 15 mins from me. Maybe I'll go home and park my car in the garage again.

I do have another car to drive during the weekdays. The TSX would become my mom's garage ornament just like how the Type R was before.

Outside, sadly.

I have to let the wife and mom-in-law take the garage spots. Helps ease the burden of a new car payment.

I also have to park outside at work in a parking ramp. However theres a safe spot that alot of people dont like to take the time to get into since its so tight. But it keeps the car safe.

This isnt the one I'm normaly in. The one I usually use has a solid wall on the passanger side.

Mine's outside. It'll get used to it. Since here in PA it's been raining about every 20 minutes this summer, I've washed it exactly twice in 4 months.

Got the 1st coats of Meguiars on it and it looks awesome even when it's dusty.

I thought I was going to take first place here since not only do I have to park outside on a gravel driveway but the road from the main street to my house is dirt. :'(

I wash mine religiously every week.
