Why do you people buy a car worth like $30K and then not drive it?!?!?!?!?

That's like buying a house and then renting the garage at your parents' place and living there.

The TSX is a hell of a good quality car, reliable and very durable. Don't be afraid, drive the hell out of it. You're wasting time leaving it in the garage.

In other words, you win for having the highest mileage.

Red face 06 At

57 km

Just got the wheels last night! So far so good. I did some aftermarket trim that
I'll photograph and post real soon. Very sweet! The car came with complimentary forehead sweat from the installers on the roof above my seat! Sh&$ Happens.

The dealers have the lowest mileage ;-) People with 04 will have the highest mileage.

My 06 is over 2 months old, and I have like 1170 miles on it. I drove it every night for the first couple of weeks to get it to 600 miles as quick as possible (out of break-in period).

I only live 4 miles from work, so most people will pass me. The only ones who won't are the ones who *ahem* garage their $30k car waiting for it to get old. Might as well put it on bricks and do all the other stuff for long-term storage.

Buying a car is not like investing your money...it's already worth much less than what you paid for it.

I have an accord I *could* drive, but it's not as fun as the TSX. Your TSX is auto, how much harder can it be do to drive?

05 5AT, bought on Memorial Day 2005. 27000+ Miles.

I drive about 60 miles a day, but we tend to use this car more than our other since its the newer of the 2. Well that and its so much more awesomer, of course .

How much have you spent on maintenance?

How much did it cost you to replace your brake pads?

I want to wait to at least 35K to replace the brake pads. At 30K the dealer told me that I'm still at 10% front and rear.

i just have to bash you. how can you have a car for 14 months and drive it 2,000 miles? that's terrible. not even good for the car. and damn, you got hit with a lot of depreciation for nothing!

Picked it up on Mar. 22 2006 (it had around 90 miles on it)

I don't have the exact number, but it's close to 4,000. Drove 1,000 miles (round-trip) over Memorial Day weekend.
