Very interesting. I was proposed this at a Mazda dealer (for a co-worker). She putt 4500$CAD down and got a 2.5% reduction in the leasing interest rate. This 4500$ will be fully recovered at the term.

Instead of 487$ txs incl. for a Mazda6 GT V6 manual (leather, sunroof, MRSP+PDI 33095$), it would be 429$. 2786$ saved in finance charges. The deal was closed at 407.79$CAD, around 300$US amonth. Awesome deal, IMO.

I don't like the boyracer look of this Mazda. I wonder if there is anything similar at Acura?

 

AHFC do not offer multiple security deposit leases. They should though. Toyota, BMW, MB they all do. Multiple security deposits work to help lower the money factor(interest rate) and it also help those that have sightly below good credit to qualify for a lease.
