Where do you keep your cell phone?
 

Where do you guys keep your cell phone in your TSX? I havent found the right spot yet

I put it in the handle where when u get in the car and u use it to shut the door.

That's exactly where I put mine. Speakerphone seems to work well from there too.

door handle. .Used to just sit on center console with cupholder closed (rubber backing on phone), but soon discovered it was "scratching" the console, or leaving rubber marks. Now it sits in the door. Able to see easily at night with radio on loud.

I keep mine clipped on my belt most of the time, but if I am going for a long drive, I will place it in the pocket on the bottom of the driver's side door.

Usually on the door or the cup holder

I usually just clip it to my cd organizer in the visor, or just leave it sitting in the cupholder, i rarely drink in it anyways....

I keep mine in my pocket. That way, when it vibrates, whooooooooooooa baby!

Lol, j/k. I keep mine attached to my belt clip.

Is that the Bluetooth for non-bluetooth? I got one for my Blackberry.

Right now Blackberry goes into not an ashtry area or cup holder. What power outlet provides power when key is not in ignition? I can't find it. :n00b:

In my pocket. I have voice dial set up for the important numbers and a BT headset so I hardly ever need to take it out.

that's just my handsfree device (logitech). It's got a retractable cord so no clutter :nod:

Me too... looks like alot of people like this spot...was debating on if i could hardwire a charger to run up that far and in there, but never got around to it

Have a Blackberry that I keep in holster on belt most of the time. Now to step up to a bluetooth headset so I don't have to use the "not an ashtray"+wired headset when I take calls ... that way it will always be on my belt so I don't forget it :)

I sometimes use the CD holder, its has that rubber on the bottom that holds the phone nicely, otherwise i just keep it on my belt

Its "Not an Ashtray" so i make it my cell phone holder. :D

Leave it in the cupholder.

Door would be a much more ideal but, the chunky nextels don't seem to fit.

my cellphone wont fit in the cupholders, it's circa 1990 :D

that indent on the driver's door seems perfect, and the headset gets coiled and tucked into the driver's door pocket. If I have to recharge, it lives in the cupholder......

suggestion...something i discovered years ago (this is not tsx specific, so stop reading if that's important to you)

keep a few coins in the door-handle-cell-phone-holder-place so that you can keep the phone on vibrate and hear it rattling the change. works astonishingly well when radio is loud.

i got myself a car phone charger so when it's plugged in there (which is not often, only for long drives) i have it sitting in the not an ashtray with the headset plugged in...a zoo of wires...

cupholder, with cord going into center console power plug......

I got one of those things that you clip to the air vent. Only bad part is the ear piece cord gets in the way.

score another one for not an ashtray (when I remember to take it out of my pocket, that is)..

I usually just leave it in my pocket. I have a bluetooth wireless carkit, so when I turn my ignition, it connects the TSX to my phone. IT's pretty convienent, but I do have to take it out of my pocket when I'm in bad reception areas.

Aren't you due for an upgrade yet? :D

Clutch, who uses the "not an ashtray"

I keep mine in the compartment just below the Nav. I usually close the door over it too since i have a bluetooth headset and never actually have to touch the phone. i would keep it on my belt, but it is really uncomfortable when i sit in the seat and the phone is pushed into my hip.

used to keep my older/larger phone in the door handle, but now i use the Not An Ashtray space.

Wow, whoever said the door, thanks for the brilliant idea. I used to put it in the cupholder but as the result always forgot to take my phone with me as I leave the car. If I put it in the door I won't forget. Learn something new everyday.

am i the only one who keeps in inbetween my legs? lol
cuz when the music is loud..i cant hear it ring or vibrate when it's elsewhere..but u can always feel it vibrate near the crotch..haha

I put mine in the door handle. It fits in there perfectly snug (well, enough to where I can get it in/out easily and not go flying around with my driving practice).
