Particularly I'm looking for information about customer satisfaction. I have the choice to take my car to either of these two dealerships, Duncan Acura in Roanoke, VA or Crown Acura in Richmond, VA. They are both equal distances away and I am having a hard time deciding which dealership I want to go to for service and maintenance. Thanks.

FWIW, I bought my TSX at Crown Acura 6 months ago. So far I've brought it in for only one service. Although it was only an oil change, I found that the Service Dept is very cooperative in scheduling and takes the time to discuss any problems or questions you might have.

So far, so good as far as I'm concerned.
