Unhappy When I trade my car in...

Right now I have a Manual TSX and I'm getting sick of having a manual tranny because I drive to work everyday and it's annoying. I still want speed, but I want an auto tranny. What is the fastest Automatic Car under 35,000, not the TL (My wife has it)... Some input would be great... Btw, the car doesn't need to be over 30,000...

I really don't mind, 2 door or 4 door doesn't much matter (Preferably Front or Four Wheel Drive), but it's not a neccesity...

Happy hunting!

That is amazing, for an auto tranny, I'm really impressed, I could see my self headin' to the ford dealer ship and pickin one up real soon... Is there a faster car in auto?

When I talk about the car I'm trading in, I'm talking about my brother's, he posted these threads so he reffered to himself in 1st person. We both use these forums under the same user name because we are roomates so if your confused that I say auto and Manual it's due to the fact that we both use the forums.

The Corvette is faster and goes for about $45k.

That's really confusing. You should have separate accounts.

Wait a second, so you have a wife and your brother is your roomate? This is starting to sound a little redneck.

I got married recently and I need to move out of my apartment, so in the meantime I'm using my brother's apartment so technically he is my roomate, me and my wife are buying a house and were moving in May 12th, I'm not a redneck I'm from Chicago.

I don't get how the TSX auto is "too slow." It's fast enough for me. I mean it's not snap your head back fast but its pretty quick when it wants to be. Well, I guess for those who love to do stoplight races then the TSX auto wouldn't be for you. But then again, I've done a couple of those and I came out winning!

But, to answer your question...just pick out a car you like and test drive it. If it provides that quick acceleration that leaves you breathless that you want then get it. I don't think any of here can choose for you. When it comes down to it, it will be your choice so who cares what any of say????

He basically said that acceleration is his priority and he doesn't want to shift his own gears. In that case, it's hard to argue with American muscle. The 300hp Mustang GT for $25K is well within his budget of $35k. For $4k more he can get a Vortech supercharger and be running 420hp/385 ft lbs.

The TSX isn't for everyone. I'm quite happy with it but then again, I'm not a drag racer.

I think you do have a split personality. One bought the auto but one wishes to have a MT. Can you take a pic of your car and your brother's together and a pic of you two? Btw, I thought when you first joined the forum, your age was either 16 or 18. I noticed you just got older within one week, and now have a wife. You sure are a strange dude...
