What voids a warranty?
I have a TSX and I'm scared to do anything that would void a warranty. I'm waiting until my warranty expires and then do some stuff like modify the Nav-to-Video. Can you guys list as much as possible so I won't be so stupid to void it. Quick noob question though. Does changing oil on your own or outside of the dealership void the warrant since it's serviced by someone else? Thanks in advance

Modifications do not themselves void the warranty. If you have a part that fails the dealer would have to show that your modification was the cause of the failure. Take the Comptech rear sway bar as an example. The dealer would be right to not cover a subsequent broken end link under warranty but should cover a cracked brake rotor.
As for the oil change, as long as you can document that an oil change was performed then you should be OK. Documentation means a receipt from the dealer, or from an independent shop, or even a receipt for purchasing oil, filter, and crush washers from an auto parts store if you did it yourself.

^^An intake would have to show a failure which resulted in some issue in the motor. If you do Hondata which changes A/F, VTEC switch, etc, they yes, that would void the motor warranty and they might even be able to void the drivetrain due to increase bhp, etc.
So if you are afraid to mod, don't. Many of us have high mileage with lots of mods. and no issues outside the norm. As for your oil changes, jlukja has it right. I keep detailed records of my oil changes. I use Mobil1 with a Honda filter and drain plug washer change every 5k. Any mechanic could lift the valve cover and see how perfect it is, obvious care was taken.
