What happens when the A/T Tranny Fluid is toofull?

I just changed my tranny fluid. And at first when i checked the level after i finished it was perfect. Right at the second dot. And after I drove it for 5 minutes I checked it at least 5 more times and it is way past the second dot. WTF? Should I drain it or leave it? I added about 3.2 Quarts of Honda ZF-1 Tansmission fluid. My Helms said to add 3 Quarts. But the Acura service tech said to add 4 Quarts.

You don't want it to be too full, so if it's way past like you said, you should drain it. And if the TSX is like the CL, you want to check the fluid when the car is not running. If I am wrong, someone please correct me.

The tranny fluid level probably gets higher when you're driving around and settles down after you've stopped.

I think I was trying to post that in the stupid thread about buying a salvaged car. Weird that it came here and I didn't know it.
