I know there are a million threads like this, so why not add another. I currently have a 2004 TSX with just over 80,000. I bought it new and it's been a great car. We have a baby on the way this fall and plan to have one more. We would like to get into a bigger vehicle.

So I now have my car sold and I'm still torn on what to get. I tried the new TSX and was not impressed (mostly because there isn't much more room inside). I like the TL-S and would like to go that route (especially with the deals going on now), but I'm checking other options too. One I am seriously looking at is a 08 Highlander Hybrid. Problem is if I load it up with options it's way more than I want to pay (personally I don't want to go over 40K).

I'm looking for something bigger, with the same or better gas mileage as my TSX. I don't really want to downgrade either. My wife suggested a Camry but I don't know. Maybe a Accord? She possibly wants a minivan and I can't bring myself to do that. Any ideas? Something that could tow my boat or pop-up camper would be a plus (both around 2500 lbs) but I have a V8 4Runner that does a fine job with that too.

My biggest requirements are a big back seat, lots of front seat leg room (I'm 6' 3") and good gas mileage. Big plus would be the luxury features I'm used to as well as some new ones (proximity key, remote start, nav, backup cam, DVD system, etc...).

Thoughts?
