what front kit is this, and also what about the bottom lip? and the grill is euro-r, but do they have it for 2007 model tsx?

That is the 06-08 Mugen kit. So yes it will fit your 07. That car is an 06-08. But for the Mugen kit to fit you have to cut and modify your bumper.

The picture of the CG TSX should be a Nextmod Mugen front lip replica for 06-08 TSX. As per the replica lip seller, it does require cutting and modifying it slightly to make it fit like a glove.

Others with the authentic Mugen front lip will be able to confirm the fitment of the genuine front lip. I am 90% sure that the authentic Mugen aero parts will not require modifications on the side of the installer. It is unlikely that Mugen would make a product to have the end consumer modify it during install. Afterall, Mugen is a brother sister company with Honda Japan and fitment should top-notch in most if not all cases.

The front splitter is an aftermarket add-on and should be a universal part that is not specific to any car. It usually serves the purpose of providing more downforce and aerodynamics when the car is at high speeds. Not sure if it is 100% functional given that it is a custom fitted universal part, maybe just serving an aesthetical upgrade.
