What about just some sort of lower front lip or splitter(s) for the TSX?

Question What about just some sort of lower front lip or splitter(s) for the TSX?

The TSX bodykit is hit or miss for most people - either you love it or you hate it. I like most of it, I just am not fond of the part inside the lower front grille where the kit overlay pieces don't look properly lined up over the vertical bumper parts there. Just doesn't sit well with me, to the point where I wouldn't get the kit.

But instead of a bodykit, what about just some sort of front splitter or two smaller ones on the sides, leaving the front center clean.

If you look at a couple pictures of the Realtime Racing TSX, you can see it has a black splitter under the frontend - something like that is what I'm talking about:

Perhaps there's a way to have one of those made that works either with or without the bodykit...?

Nice car.

But on mine I prefer the OEM ground kit.

OEM kit is okay except for the two front vertical pieces that break up the lower grille because the kit parts don't line up totally right with the bumper behind it and look kinda tacky/cheap. If they could fix that I'd get the OEM kit. But I still want a front splitter beneath either the kit or the stock bumper. That would be hot.

Maybe someone could ask Realtime where they got theirs!

I agree, which is the reason I ordered mine sans the OEM kit- to me it just doesn't look right.

Get the euro front lip. It fits perfectly (atleast from all the pics I have seen). Especially the vertical part.

Looks a little better with the stock grille like that, and lowered - not so much wheelgap. Just don't really dig how, from a side perspective, it curves upward towards the front, making the car look like it's leaning back or something.
