VSA in reverse?
Just a quick question...
I noticed that VSA (well at least the traction control part of it) doesn't work in reverse. I tried it out today in the snow and my wheels just spun. Wouldn't it make sense to have it in reverse? I mean, for getting out of a snow bank or something it would seem to me to be quite handy. Any ideas?

For getting out of a snow bank traction control will do more harm than good. In these situations you would usually be better turning VSA off.
That's interesting. My dad's Maxima's Traction Control (no VSA--it's a '99) works in reverse. I had to shut it off to finish a three point turn I made, as there was a good collection of snow in the parking lane.
