Vancouver canada, dealer
The worst one so far, and where I got my TSX.
Northshore Acura. The salesperson was great and very helpful.
Talk to Richard Kim.
The service department is horrible and they did a poor job of detailing my car upon delivery and wont fix it.
I found many problems with them, they wont own up to the fact that my TSX had a bumper that was painted silver from the factory and then painted over with white.
This has caused many problems- read under western canada-paint chipping.
They dont see merit in keeping a customer happy, since I will make them money in the longer run over the years.

Just wanted to let all the potential TSX buyers out there in Vancouver, BC, and to ones that have the TSX already:
Burrard Acura is decent. I bought it there from a salesperson called Jerome. He's a good guy to deal with, very upfront and open kind of guy with a good demeanor. He's not cocky, has no slicked back hair, and will get you a good deal.
Just remember, if you do go to Burrard, don't deal with a guy called Patrick! He's horrible. He didn't even allow me to test drive a car and I am 25 yrs! Basically, he treated my girlfriend and I like we were kids (we just came back from the gym that day, wearing sweats/runners).
Well, sucks to be him. I bought the car about 2 weeks later with Jerome, who was a much better salesguy.
Lease
3 years with 5K down
$477/mo CDN
Residual BuyOut Price: $19,400 CDN
Purchase Price was $33,800 CDN
No Trade-In.

Nope, Freight, PDI, Documentation, all is on top of the 33.8K.
I'm curious though whether others got a better or worse deal than mine at local Vancouver Acura's? Bear in mind, I am leasing the TSX, so there are differences in how you negotiate a lease and buying one outright.
But for those who leased, how did you fare?
Acura: 1,400 kms - no problems, drives great, looks great, 500km on a full tank of 91Octane gas (100% City driving)
