KBB or Nadaguides can help. I'm guessing about $10K for a excellent conditioned TSX.

that's not too bad, mine looks pretty damn mint, my concern is them reducing the value for aftermarket suspension.

i also need to take out the stereo i put in which will be a PITB.

that'd be a good downpayment for a S4

Them who? A potential buyer? Trade-in isn't going to give you 10K if that's what you were talking about. I would use www.kbb.com and evaluate your ride. You might only get less in a private sell because of mods unless you were selling to someone that's into modified cars. Of course, returning it to stock will increase your buying class.

im in the same situation, i just bought springs for my tsx and its got a little over 100k but i might be trying to trade it in soon because its way too many miles. Let me know if you actually end up demodding it. good luck

about a month ago I was looking at new cars and they offered me $12,500.00 for my 06 tsx 6MT/wnav. It had 94,000 miles at that time. It also is in very good condition.

Don’t do it, Jiggaman! People who bought TSXs in the first year or two seem to be nearing extinction here. Posts from people who joined A’zine way back then are getting more infrequent all the time, so it’s always good to see one -- unless it’s a message of the goodbye type.
Also hate to see an eastern Mass. member depart (assuming that’s where you still are).

lol, i appreciate it man, i doubt i will stop coming to this site. i love this place. tons of great off topic threads here and i enjoy seeing what others are doing with their rides.

i wish that Acura offered a AWD TSX with turbo 4 cylinder or a V6. that would be very tempting to me. The TL just is too big looking for me unfortunately and i really want to get something that is not FWD. So that means no more TSX.

The new S4 is so tempting, just dont know if i want to deal with the payments. The way i look at it though is that hopefully with a car like that i will have a very little need to mod. Its going to handle sick and be more than fast enough right from the dealer. I also am leary to go down the road of custom audio again. Its a huge money pit and never ending. I listen to howard stern half the time anyways haha.

If i dont have to mod my next car to get it to where i am happy with it then i actually save money there. With all the money i have thrown at my tsx i am probably closer to the price of a new S4 than i even want to know.

another Howard fan-my husband is a very long time one.
Test drove a subaru legacy GT premium a month ago- very impressed-turbo, AWD, 6MT, etc. It just might end up being my next car but not yet.

I just traded in my '04 TSX for a 2010 A4 last week.
It had a scratch from being rear-ended in the bumper, a repainted/fixed hood/qtr panels up front from a rear-ending, and a couple of dings in the doors. Also, a leaky front axle. 99k miles and in need of a brake fluid change. I got $7k for it as a trade-in.
