Unusual tire wear
The tires on my 2004 is wearing faster on the inside edge. The car handled and tracked just fine. The outer edge and the center treads are in pretty good shape. Anyone else have had this problem?
Got the the alignment done - unfortunately the print out does not show the before settings. Rotated and balanced the tires every 5K miles. I have 38 K miles and will need new tires about 40K miles.

i experienced this on my rear oem tires, after my suspension, camber kit, and initial alignment.
apparently, the rear toe was way off (excessive toe-in), and was just eating the inside of the tires. i knew it was off too, because on ruts and grooves, my rear would feel like fishtailing. the inner wear was down to the wear indicators, in about 5k kms.
went in for a second alignment in the spring of 2006, and set the specs to oem, again. no problems since (rear toe = 0, rear camber = -1).
i've since install new max summer tires this past week, so, i'll be watching the tire wear closely to determine if i should go in for my annual alignment, sooner than later.
