Try a search because there have been plenty of dicussionon the subject.
TSX is essentially the Euro Accord type-s. Some performance differences are that the TSX has 10 more HP, and slightly stiffer suspension. It also has bigger wheels I believe.

Greetings from Sweden!
I have ordered my 2.4 Executive in CG, great, but the sad part is that I'm trading in my S2000 for it.
The difference between the Executive and the Sports is mainly cosmetic, E has wodden panel trim and Sports aluminum, etc. Also the grilles differ somewhat. Both of them can get the spoiler kit and/or sports suspension for extra.
As I understand it, the TSX and the 2.4 is essentially the same car with the K24 engine. But you get 200 hp, the Accord gets 190. I am dying to know where those 10 hp go - its usually the other way around with your california emission regulations and weaker gasoline.
Anyone who has an answer to the mysterious 10 hp loss?
