tsx Sound system

tsx Sound system

any one have any idea how i can take of the nav unit and cd changer from a 2004 tsx and install a double din dvd player. looked arround out here in phx az and no one seems to know how to take the factory sound system off due to the fact that the screen controls ac and all that stuff.

There is no clean way really bro. Best thing to do is upgrade all the speakers minus the 6x9 mid-bass subs. Good luck bro.

2004 TSX CD Changer w/nav

Any idea what to do with my TSX CD changer? The radio works but cd changer does not load, aux/cd button does not operate. Does the cd changer have it's own fuse, if so where is it located? Please help.

Replace the audio unit is the only Acura service option. There is no other failure point in the service manual. The only diagnostic for your issue is replace audio unit.

as far as the TSX cd changer, they sell them on e-bay. They claim that it fixes the occasional problems that the changers often have.
