TSX Official Service Manual
Just received it today. $69 plus shipping from Helminc.com. Well worth it IMO, it's thicker and heavier than our local telephone directory.
Hmmmmmm.
Section 5-2 Engine Removal 1. Secure the hood in the wide open position.....
Under "Normal' conditions the recommended oil change interval is every 10,000 miles, with the oil filter every 20,000 miles. Under "Severe" conditions the recommended oil change interval is 5,000 miles and the filter every 10,000 miles. Honda specifies 5W30 oil.
The service schedule goes out to 15 years and 180,000 miles........

Am I the only one that finds it odd that they don't recommend changing the oil filter w/ every oil change? Never heard of something like that before. Do other cars have similar recommendations?

Yes, that's why I mentioned it....
My wife's Honda Oddy specifies a filter change with every oil change. I think my Honda lawn tractor specifies every other oil change.
Wife's Honda manual specified 5W20 oil although they indicate right on the oil cap that 5W30 can be used. I'm not so brave. I've been using 5W30 Mobil-1.
BTW. one reason I always buy the shop manual is that if I'm stranded on a deserted road near Mexican Hat, Utah, I'd like to know how to clean out the air filter before the wolves eat me.
