TSX lease question ...

Hey gang ...

My '99 pre-owned TL lease is up in March and since the NEW TL is sorta out of my budget, I gonna be leasing an '05 TSX. To me, it really doesn't seem all that different from my current TL. Acura coulda went and put a TL badge on the TSX and we probably would've all been happy.

ANYWAY ... I live in NEW JERSEY and have my eyes on an '05 automatic with NAV. If I throw a couple grand down as a cap cost (the dealers ALWAYS want $$$), what's the MOST I should pay for the car?? The dealer said $350, but it sounded sorta high. Or am I high for thinking that??

I mean, certain companies like Volvo and such have some really really good nationwide incentives to lease with not that much down.

The dealer said that since Acura doesn't really "need" to move cars, the national incentives aren't as sweet as other car companies.

So, in Jersey, how much does the TSX go for lease-wise??

Thnx in advance ...

Anthony

$350 for how many years and how much down?
How much mileage do you want for a year?
All of above numbers will change your monthly payment.

Roughly 2500 down give or take (I think I might've said that above)

Thnx!

That sounds about right, `05 model has extra features.
Heated side mirrors and power passenger seats that `04 models do not have.
I’m paying $350 w/ $1000 down for non-navi, AT. (I got this car the day after the dealer’s shipment) I probably trade in to TL next year.
But, I’m sure you could negotiate for better price. Since this car been on the market for 1.5+ years.

BMW 325i, is having a lease for $299/mo 36mo with 25K down on $31K sale price.
That sounded like a better deal than $350 for $30K out of the door TSX.

Different cars have different lease programs.
There are many different factors could change the price of cars or lease programs.
Popularity, Demands, supply…
TSX is considered to be new design on the market.
However, BMW 325 have been on the market for a while and I believe Newly designed 3 series will be coming very soon. Around next year?!
It’s all depending on the buyer’s preference. I guess..

The 325i lease is $299/mo for 36months, 10k annual miles, with nearly $3k down. The car does not include the Sport Package, and does not have many of the amenities that the TSX has.

IMO, not worth it.

As for the $2k down and $350/mo, that actually sounds ok, but probably could be better. And is that $2k down or $2k drive-off because the two are different. Negotiate to see if you can get a better rate on the money factor.
