Tsx gas pedal

I got to tell u guys/gals that when I had to get used to the gas pedal at first when I drove the Tsx, cause it was bolted to the floor unlike other cars i've driven ex: Accord, Camry, and Eclipse, where their gas pedals were hanging from the air, not bolted to the floor. Am I the only one to make this observation? Also, the gas pedal is pretty sensitive in the Tsx compared to the Accord.

I think it was influenced by the 3 series. I noticed it the first time I went to heel-toe and the pedal wasn't bending the same way as usual.

It's sensitive because we have drive by wire.

I find that it's pretty easy to heel-toe with the bottom-hinged gas pedal in the TSX.

I've never felt the difference.

Maybe none of my cars have had anything different:
-- '03 Acura TL-S
-- '88 Acura Legend
-- '77 BMW 320i
-- '69 Chevy Nova

Anyone know if any of these had "hanging from the air"? All I know is, I never noticed anything about any of the pedals.
