TSX design

Does anyone know who designed the TSX/JDM Accord/Euro Accord?

My friend says Honda of Japan and I told him Honda of America because I read the TSX is based of the current TL design.

Honda of Japan. The car was initially conceived for the home market and then made available elsewhere.

TSX = JDM Honda Accord Euro, same design, different badge. well the interior of the tsx is different than Accord Euro's interior, so you can say the interior and things like sound system is specific for North American market.

Funny thing is TL is North America specific. I wonder why. It's a very good car and I am positive that it could do a lot of good things in Asia and Europe, with diesel of course.

I don't think this is possible the CL7/CL9 came out many years ago in Japan, the TL was made specifically for North America

How come the last gen Inspire was basically a rebadged 99-03 TL body style and was sold in Japan?

The current JDM Inspire is the equivalent of the USDM Accord Coupe. USDM 7th Gen Accords have Euro Accord dashes, and TSXs have the current JDM Inspire dashes

From what I have gathered the TL is derivative of the TSX. I'm not positive, but these seem to have come out of the US SoCal Design Studios. For a bunch of manufacturing background on the TL and TSX read this Automotive Design & Production article from 2005.
