why is TSX dashboard so bright....and what material is it made out of???

 

i don't think its that bright? i think its perfect. i'm assuming that you mean its bright during the day right? well if it wasn't bright, you wouldn't be able to see it.

 

Dunno... but if you want to control the illumination brightness, turn the knob on the right (near the fuel gauge).

 

Its made out of plastic. Basically, it utilizes LED technology indash (LED = Light Emitting Diodie) to power the lights... they are incredibly small, amazingly cheap bring lights that never burn out.
Plus, because of the size of the dash, the area is always shaded and appears quite dark.

I love the dashboard and the blue illumination lights. One of the reasons why I fell in love witht the TSX.
