OHHHH the Ram is fine. I think we may need to call and ask but I have already been to two huge meets there. Eurotek and Acura meets and they dont give us problems at all.
If we want to go in and eat and chill we should just meet where there is food?

RAM? Does Ram offer a good place to line up the cars for a group photo? (I'll be bringing the gear for that.) If you bring $4.00ea for printing and shipping I will see that an actual photolab quality 8x10 (not inkjet) is mailed to you. I'll take orders and addresses at the meet. $2.00ea for 5x7, this assumes we can all get lined up for a shot.
I know IKEA's back lot will be empty and any yahoo in the universe can see IKEA From 15mi away. You can't miss it.
In the past we would usually meet at a place chill for awhile giving the group time to meet up, at a joint like IKEA and then cararvan over to get food, ok-why?
Because it looks friggen cool to see an huge line of all the same make and model of a car that's why.
But if everyone wants Ram fine, I say we turn this thread into a Voting post.

Calling RAM ahead of time usually means they will say NO. That happend to us before for the 1st annual meet. Jason (not sure if he hides on the board anymore) scoped out the spot I think it was Rock Bottom Brew. and the meet was at around 10am and before they opened and they still said, NO.
If you want to invite other Honda's that's cool, but that usually turns into a rice fest, no offense. I think the meet should really be for members of this board, TSX, TL, CL and the like, ya know Acurazine members.
We all waste valuable time at work or home posting here...why not meet your fellow dead beats that surf at work.

coming back from Dallas July 25th (Monday), so if it's the weekend after, I should be fine. Let's also invite some other Acura guys. The Chicago meets I've been to are quite Acura-less, maybe 5 tops at times, with chicagoZ and Euroteknik providing up to 40-50 at times.

looks pretty good. MUCH MUCH better than any other meet I've been to in terms of Acura content. Would you mind if I brought 1, MAYBE 2 others along? Some of you may remember that widebody MR2.
FYI, I'll be in Dallas for 12 days starting tomarrow, but will check up here as much as possible. PM is the best way to get me.

^yup. Also, no cops, no complaints, it's like we own the place. It's seriously a great place to do it. I mean, if some people would like to meet at IKEA and have a mini-cruise to RAM, that'd be nice.

Okay, let's put it this way, if people show up with the exhaust mod you just proposed 
I don't think we're looking for that type of car to show up. If people have quality mods and are enthusiasts, let them know.

True... guess my point is what MrChad has already so bluntly put it in previous posts.
I mean, there is a focus on the meet being TSXs, but we already have a few without TSXs showing up. Personally, I'm driving the 6 hours to the meet because I want to see other TSXs owners and their mods as well as being a wealth of information about the TSX I can offer knowledge to those with less.

I prefer to come to the meet to see the TSX's, if a few TL's or CL's show up that's really cool. But for the longest time we were the TSX forum, and the meet generally focuses on the TSX community and those who like TSX's. All are welcome we have yet to run anyone out.
But we will shame you into parking a few blocks away from us, j/k. I came for the previous 2 years in an Accord so I can't talk, I'm the pot calling the kettle black. What I think we don't want is, 8 TSX and 88 Teg's showing up.
Plus the turn out is usually such that we are a small meager group that can socialize. If this were come one, come all Honda's the demographic would likely change. I show up to hang out with snooty TSXer's

The Civic's, the Nissan's, the Evo's, the Type-R's, the Renault LeCars they have their own clubs and such. This one little get together is for fans of the TSX, period, if you own one or not. We are all friends of the TSX :P
