I think Honda is taking the same route as Nissan by doing the global platform which is good. Honda just needs to put more torque in their engines and they're good to go.
werd.. and RWD would be nice.

CSA?

Oh...nevermind. You probably meant CSX...the replacement for the Canadian EL, right?.

Same thing.
Quite different actually. While they share the same platform, the 300M has a slightly shorter wheelbase. Also, the suspension is completely different between the Intrepid, LHS, Concorde, and 300M (if you want to go 1st gen LH, then Concorde, New Yorker, LHS, Vision, and Intrepid).
The 300M had a higher-ouput engine,, even when compared to the R/T and SXT versions of the Intrepid, mainly due to PCM programming regarding shift patterns, fuel/air mixtures, valve timing, etc.

But otherwise, yes, they are very similar. The only thing that is the same between the 2nd Gen models is the doors, with the exception of the rear doors on the Intrepid, which are slightly shorter, surprisingly. Interiors (dash, wiring, BCM, EVIC, headliner, rear deck, carpet, door panels, etc etc can all be changed out very easily and only with slight modification.
