My two cents:
The Trunk Tray is worth if if you are going to haul stuff around that has liquids, as it protects the carpet. The matts are also nice but I dont use the Drivers Matt as I found it to be very slippery and made it more difficult to control the throttle and brake, thus I only use the rear mats and passanger mat.

I have the parchment interior, so when I saw the 05 TSX accessory catalog had "caramel" all season mats available, I ordered one of the first sets. My original driver's carpeted mat lasted less than a year before the being worn down to the backing in one spot. The dealer replaced the entire floor-mat set for free, but the front mats of the second set were soon starting to get dirty looking.
The "caramel" color is a bit darker (think muddy Mississippi river water), but it contrast well with the interior (better than black). The strong rubber smell does goes away after a couple weeks. They clean up easy and catch a lot of water and dirt.

I've got a parchment interior on my CLS, and after one snowstorm I order the all weather floormats from an online vendor.
I'll keep the original carpet floormats for the next owner, but I'm tempted to use them now that this summer...
