I'm waiting for an '05 TSX and am interested in what information the Navi Trip Computer provides and or any screen shots of the navi display. I tried to search, but could not really find any indepth details. Thanks to anyone who can provide these details.

 

Advanced trip computer details:

1. Bar graph indicating real time MPG
2. Estimated average MPG based on usage. (per last refuel or last time trip was reset).
3. Estimated miles left for remaining fuel.
4. Estimated miles driven. (per last refuel or last time trip was reset).
5. Estimated time the engine was running. (per last refuel or last time trip was reset).

History, for the last trip computer data collected.

1. Estimated MPG.
2. Estimated average speed.
3. Can't remember the other data for history.

 

Hey, that’s wonderful news. The first time I saw a car with the “miles to empty” feature, I said “my next car will have that!” When I decided on the Acura TSX w/Navi I thought that was the only feature I was giving up. The salesman didn’t know it did that, and none of the brochures make it clear it has that feature. I guess the only giveaway is they call it a “trip computer” vs. “trip counter” but I didn’t realize it had that.

Since I’ve already put my deposit down on my ’05 TSX thinking it didn’t do that, I’m just that much happier now. W00T!
