Yeah I finally was able to get it to work, I purchased an 07 TL w/navi (need to change my avatar). But I really think if someone invested in the Bluetooth Acura Link module in the TL and installed it on a '07 or '08 TSX w/Navi, it should then work.

Any more info on this? I would love to get XM traffice on my nav. I wonder what enables XM traffic on the TL. Maybe we can just get that into the TSX???

I did too, I picked it up my 08 on Thursday night. I searched everywhere and cant seem to find anything to do with traffic.

Man this sucks, i was complaining the other day about how this $30K Acura has a navigation that is not as good as my $600. iphone. My Iphone navi tells what freeways are stopped, which are slow, and which are clear. also tells where they are having traffic at. Seems we should get a little better quality parts in such a high priced car.

The Iphone uses google maps, which is connected to google's main servers. The navi on the tsx uses the car's satellite and has to calculate everything on the TSX. So basically, the car's computer isn't as powerful as normal servers.

I just checked out the acura website, and indeed they do have that picture up. However, all it says that the car has destination database, does not have any traffic update information..

just another case of the folks in the graphics arts depart just grabbing and pasting in an image (of a navi screen) and pasting it in without really knowing about the real product.

So it has been a while, has anyone been able to get nav traffic to work on their 06 TSX? I would be interested to know and would consider purchasing upgraded bluetooth device if that is all it took. Please post if you know anymore.
