TL wheels on a TSX
TL wheels on a TSX
My daughter has a 2006 TSX with bent wheels on it. So, I went online and bought some used TL wheels with a 5x120. I assumed they would have a similar wheel pattern, but no.
So, my question is there any type of spacer or adapter that would allow these to fit her TSX?
Thanks in advance

you must have bought 2010-2014 TL wheels, because they come in 5x120.
I believe your TSX is 5x114.3 which would mean 2004-2008 TL wheels will fit because both of these have the same lug nut pattern at 5x114.3.
perhaps you can use a spacer/adapter to make the wheels fit, or have the wheels redrilled to fit.
or you can return the wheels and buy the proper 5x114.3 lug nut patterned wheels
I, personally, would choose the last option. Return the wheels and buy the correct lug nut patterned wheels.

i also would steer away from any amazon or ebay wheel adapter.
remember, your daughters safety is on the line here. I would NEVER put amazon or ebay spacers/adapters on my personal car.
a good brand is Ichiba spacers/adapters.
however, I cant seem to find a 114.3 to 120. I see a 120 to 114.3. but even that one is sold out.
Your best bet is to return the wheels and buy the proper set.

Thanks for the info. Maybe someone else will chime in with an idea. I'm kinda stuck with these TL wheels.
I paid 400$ for them. They look new but are no real use without some type of adapter.
Dumb mistake.

resell them. trash them. give them away.
you're stuck with wheels that you cannot use.
I wouldnt trust any amazon or ebay adapter. and the big name adapter players are expensive at $150 per pair.
so on top of the 400, add an extra 300.
that's $700. just to get your wheels to fit.
might as well buy the proper wheels
