Time to buy, Meteor Silver or Carbon

Time to buy, Meteor Silver or Carbon
Thanks for the Road Noise advise.
I've made my decision and I'd like something different in way of color. (I have a red 99 accord, sebring silver 2002 S2000, and a metallic Green 04 Pilot)
I can get the Carbon now, (its all the dealer has) They had someone's Meteor Silver in the back and I took I look at it. It was more of a "baby blue" than the small paint swatch in the catalog made it appear.
Anyone have thought on the Meteor Silver, Monday is D day for Me.

Originally I considered MSM, but like you said, the color doesn't really match the swatch. In person I didn't like how close it was to baby blue, nor did I like the quartz interior.
As my sig says, I went with SSM/Ebony, but CG was a very close second. Go CG since you already have a silver car, its very nice.

I would have gotten the MSM except my parents already had that color! I've tried to get them to trade with me... I like the MSM because it's an uncommon color around here.

I have the MSM and absolutely love it. It is very uncommon (although there was a similar color in the Accord line years ago). I get stares and complements whereever I go. I love the fact that it is light colored, so that it is easy to live with (doesn't get as hot, doesn't show paint imperfections as easily, never looks dirrty). But, at the same time, it is isn't bland looking like a white or silver can be (although neither the white or silver in the TSX line is close to bland).
As for the quartz interior, I love that as well. It seems like the perfect compromise between black and tan. doens't get as hot as black, nor show dirt as clearly. But, it also doesn't get the scuffed up dirty look you can get with tan interiors.
Personally, my favorite colors for the TSX are the MSM and the Artic Blue. But, I think the Cabron gray looks great as well, and also like the white.

Of the TSXs I've seen, the most common colors by far are NHB and CG. I've only seen maybe 1 MSM on the road. It's nice to have a car that's different, but I think I may just end up going aftermarket to differentiate mine. I also wish the CG were a little darker and less blue. CG and NHB will show water spots a lot, and NHB will show sworls after a while.
If you like them equally, I say get the MSM so you can feel special, but the CG is still nice.

I have an MSM and love it. I was debating between the SS and MSM for a while, but went with the MSM because it was definitely more unique and interesting looking than the SS. It has a neat look in that it definitely looks blue in the daytime, but at dusk/evening it looks very silver. I think the grey interior looks really sharp too.

I've got MSM, too, and I love it. It was my first choice, primarily because there are so many CG and SSM TSXes around. Not to mention I like the Quartz interior. My 2000 A4 was silver with black interior, and I was ready for something new....

They are both gorgeous colors! I think that the CG gives it a more sporty look while the MSM is more elegant. Also, as many have pointed out, the MSM will "hide" dirt better, if that is a consideration...

My salesperson described MSM to me as a chick color which turned me off it. Never seen one in person though.
I'd say CG is by far the most popular color on the forums. If I wanted a dark color I would've gone w/ it. Instead went w/ PWP and been very happy b/c it always looks clean. At least in the snow/salt of winter. I'm guessing light color will help with my first ding as well.

Is CG "different"? Yes and no. Like Clutch said, it's a very popular color, and so it's not unusual for a TSX. But I think it is a "different" kind of color for cars in general, because IMO it's unlike any color in (almost) any other car. It's a pretty spectacular color, and it looks different in different lighting, maybe even according to how you feel. Kind of like a mood ring.
That said, I probably would have gotten MSM if it was available! The only colors I could get right away were CG and Ebony, so I took CG. I didn't particularly like the idea at the time, but it only took 2 minutes for me to love it.

Perhaps the question comes down to with color interior you prefer rather than body color?
I didn't like the Quartz interior with the Meteor Silver. I would have considered Meteor Silver it if it were available with Ebony interior.
I would have bought the Carbon Grey, but a Satin Silver Metallic became available--with Ebony.
