Thinking of buying a 2004 TSX A/T with 97k

I have talked the gentleman down to $9200.00. Deal or no deal? It is the base w/out Navi. Body is in good shape and looks well cared for from what I can tell so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The biggest problem with the 04's is the A/C system. If it has already been replaced, I would go for it. If not, prepare to pay for it in the near future. My A/C compressor went out at 122k miles.

Uh oh. I just 100K on my 2004 TSX. A/C is working fine so far. How much did the A/C system cost? Wasn't there some sort of class action suit in regards to it?

You're on your own with the AC, and if you haven't had a problem with it by now, I'd guess that any future problems you have will not be due to it being an 04, but due to the age of the car and the fact that Honda AC parts are not particularly long lived under the best of circumstances.
