I'd recommend the 06 TSX. It got bluetooth, a couple extra hp, and few more upgrades. You should be able to find one pretty cheap now.

Get the 06 6MT... you get the best mod options (ECU reflash and supercharger) and tons of better standard features than the 05.

My coworker just got a certified used 2005 TSX w/o navi for $25K out the door. It only has 23,000m miles and the car is clean overall. He got it from an Acura Dealership in LA. Personally I think he got jipped. I'm posting this just to give you an idea how much they cost.

Thanks!!!

I am really torn, between just fixing my CL and keeping it tillthe wheels fall off or dumping it and getting into a tsx

There's a few people saying that you can get 08's for below 27k (base) and even navi's are 28k....

Maybe hold off and get a new one, with a 3k difference, it might be better to do that, no?

Good luck though...

Yeah, I just got an 08 non navi CPO 5MT for $25.4 out the door (minus my trade in of course.) It only had 3400 miles on it, and is immaculate.

25K seems a little steep (then again you are in socal). You could probably find a lower priced one if you got it from a private seller.

But if you are willing to spend 25K w navi, you should have no trouble getting a low mileage one that is CPO.

I got my 2006 via private party for $19K w navi,27K miles and active warranty. But getting a deal like that is like finding a needle in the haystack.

No matter what you spend, it'll be well worth it (i love my t-sex). A TL is more expensive in maintenance and price... I don't think its worth it for what you pay for.

I'm finding used '06-'08 models really tough to find anywhere (especially with nav and MT). Because of this, and because of the seemingly very low depreciation on these vehicles, I'm trying to get myself into a new '08... Z.

But the low depreciation on these vehicles is what makes them worth their price tag. You might pay more up front, but in the end, you'll still have a car worth something, versus most cars on the market, that lose well over half their value in less than five years.
