Testing waters! D2S 5000K-8000K bulbs for $120 shipped anyone?

Testing waters to see if anyone is interested in a GB for replacing their OEM bulbs for these.

$120 shipped ANYWHERE in the US. International is $130 shipped.

1 year warranty, you can come directly to me, no need to contact the manufacturer. 5000K, 6000K, and 8000K available.

Probably looking at around 20 people for this GB. Testing waters! Enough interest will result in me becoming a vendor and you guys getting these bulbs

Please contact the Admin first, and GB needs to be in the "Black Market" forum.

Hmmm. ShenZhen brand? Are there made in China?
What kind of quality are they? Are the ballast covers plastic? They kind of look like it.
It is a good price though. I just want to dish out the $$ and then have to buy a 2nd set to replace them.

I read through the post didnt find any reviews on them but this price is high what they paid. I would want to know if theat housing for the ballast is metal or plastic. also can you get them in our high beem bulbs cause that is what i would want them for.

Hey guys,

The $120 is actually replacement for the OEM D2S bulbs.. bulbs only.

If you want to replace your high-beams, it's actually $250 since it has to come with the ballast and everything. Although I wouldn't recommend this (since using high-beams intermittently will damage your ballasts).

The ballasts are made to last.. they are weatherproof basically, waterproof, shock resistant, comes with a safety auto-shutdown capability, not to mention the main grabber... NO HARNESS NECESSARY because they take less amps upon startup than most other HID setups do.

Oh, and there's a 1-year warranty.

lol... um... you cannot just replace the bulbs on the high beams. If you want to upgrade to HID you need the ballasts too. So with that said... why would someone want to upgrade from the factory hid's? Is there a benefit to them? What temp are our factory HID's?

^ Yes I know that.. the high-beam replacement would be $250 but I don't recommend it since it won't be economical to flash HID's, it's bad for the ballast.

This is strictly for the TSX enthusiasts who want a bit more white, blue, or purple to their HID bulbs.

I don't think there's any benefit...just personally preference

^ Yeah.. stock ones are a yellowish white color and doesn't look appealing to "some" so there are replacements for a bright white color, with the option of some blue or purple hue to them.

Stock ones use P32 connectors to attach to the OEM bulbs. The Techones replace the bulb... basically the bulb just attaches to the P32 connector and then reinsert the bulb into the socket.

Sounds interesting but isn't the more blue hue mean less illumination?
Also, is the glass on the bulbs tinted blue? I'm only asking because thats how it appears on the pictures. Thanks for the info.

^ Oh no.. the bulbs are crystal clear. No film is used since it decreases light output... we generate the light from the core.

Then why did you post a picture that shows the ballasts and "everything?"
