Hey guys,
I'm new to this forum. I've been looking around about the switchblade key that i just purchased, cut , and programed. However after i got the key programmed, all the buttons work but from my understanding, the switchblade would allow me to roll up the windows by pressing and holding the lock button. I tried this after the fob was programmed and it didnt work. I have a 2005 Acura TSX and doesnt have mem 1 seat and when i went to get the key programmed it was not disabled before programming the buttons.

Any ideas to why it wont work?

nope, you can't roll up the window...you can roll them down by pressing/holding the unlock button. But you can roll up windows by turning the key and holding in the lock position in the door lock....unless there is something in these keys that is different from stock keys that i am not aware off!!

The car doesn't have that feature stock. You have to add the module.

I was not aware that i had to purchase the "window roll-up module". I'll get that later on then.

This feature might have changed over time. 04s have very few built-in mods like this, the 05s a bit more, and the 06s had more...so if your TSX is an 05 it is very possible you need to add this feature later!
