strategies to avoid tickets?

i think this thread has had it.
if you need help on avoinging tickets, then you shouldn't have a license. you're supposed to have read that book in order to get a license. by simply following the rules of the road, you won't get tickets.
on another note, the US has some of the most lax driving requirements in the world. its probably why we have the worst drivers in the world. in some parts of europe you have to pay the equivalent of $1000-2000 to get your license. and if you fail you test, you gotta lay it out again. this forces people to make sure they know how to drive before getting a license. this was published in a motor trend a few months back.
i think we need something like this in the US, cause i'm tired of paying high premiums because of the yahoos on this site.

Invent a prop that will get you off every time
If you have a wife, it's perfect. Build yourself a comfortable, easy access prop that makes it look like your wife is pregnant. Don't go cheap on detail or cost, just make it lifelike to the eye of the law. When that cop hits the siren, spray your wife with a misting water bottle, applying moisture to her forehead and yours. She begins moaning and squirming about as you lower the window. Almost immediately, the officer takes action, offering a high speed escort. No ticket, no traffic! A win-win for you! He won't even take your name or plate, unless he ran your plates upon pullover. He'll be so focused on what's ahead of him, your exit on an off ramp a few seconds earlier will go undetected. You have to take this gutsy action because the first time you pulled this stunt, you ended up miles off course at a hospital and had to wait for the cop to leave while your wife hid in a washroom. The real beauty is that the officer wouldn't dare admit to being OWNED like that, while also forgetting what kind of car you were driving. TSX? TL? Which one was it?!! PERFECT
Now, this thread can be closed. Problem solved.
One con.
Spending this much time with your wife will be a strain on your marriage.
Also, the day will come when you really have this happen on your way to the hospital with your truly pregnant wife. Luckily the royalties from the COPS episode will pay your legal bills.
