I had my radio back lighting go out last week. I had a new radio put in and have made an intersting observation.

After the radio has been on a while, if you stick your hand in the storage bin under the radio, there is a big screw head on the top in the back. This thing gets so hot it feels like it would burn.

All this heat and they wonder why the lighting circuit fails.................

yeah my storage bin gets hot too. when i brought it up everyone who posted said it didnt happen to them.
