stability control in rain

so i was driving through the heavy rain on the LIE today going about 60mph and it seemed like the stability control light lit up constantly. the car sometimes felt like it was floating and i definitely felt the steering get jerked around. i noticed that my treads are starting to get thin, but i've never seen the traction light go off as much as it did today...

Get the Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position Tires. It is designed to run on wet and light snow roads. You won't regret it. Expensive though. I have them on and they are great! You may lose some MPG since they are little heavy tires.

I don't think the VSA will turn off with nice tires. It will activate only when needed.
