tried search but could not find a diy oem spoiler install for a 04 tsx. was everyone to afraid to do it themself and just went to the dealer??? anyone knows what they are doing plz guide me thanks

 

There are OEM instructions and I'm not sure anyone wants to drill holes in their trunk lid. I think most of us let the dealer do it. I've done a lot of installs of stuff and this is still one I wouldn't do. Besides, you also have to replace the tortion springs, PITA.

If I could drill holes in my Corvette to mount a spoiler, you can drill holes in a TSX.

 

Is drilling a hole easy... sure. I installed my hood shocks (as I think you did as well). However, until you've had to play with the trunk tortion springs... I'll call your Corvette a bit easier.


Better yet evil_acrua, if you have a CGP, I'll trade you trunk lids. I even still have my tortion springs that comes with it since I removed mine and installed trunk shocks.
