spark plug
As godfather2 said, 100 K miles. The first tune-up is officially at 110 K miles. I would opt for 100 K, and hope that the factory used anti-seize compound on the threads -- otherwise, it might be like removing oxygen sensors. Only the tip is iridium.
I believe iridium is the most anti-corrosive metal known to man.

The TSX OEM plugs have been either Denso (.7mm) or NGK (.7mm).
After market plugs for Denso are .4mm. You can't by the OEM Denso plugs at .7mm. At least I couldn't find them. The NGK aftermarket plugs are OEM .7mm.
Some say you are suppose to get better MPG with the smaller electrode of .4mm, but I havn't found a source to confirm this. The NGK .7mm plugs will last you 100k before replacement, while the Denso .4mm plugs will last you 60k.
These Iridium plugs are probably the best plugs for a TSX that's used as a daily driver.
The other major difference between the two plugs is the U-grove (Denso) vs flat nose (NGK).
