Soon to be new TSX owner...
Hello All-
My new Carbon Grey/Ebony/5AT TSX will be arriving in less than two weeks and I just wanted to stop by and say hello. I have been browsing this board for a few weeks and decided it's time for my first post.
This will be my first car from the Honda family, but my mom and brother have each had two Acura's (TL, TL-S, RSX, CL) and they Love/Loved them. I have had other Japanese cars, one British, one German, and a few domestics (never again). I am looking forward to the TSX and everything Acura has to offer, so far the experience has been great...

Welcome to the site.
I see your are one to sample from various makes and models. I think you'll be very satisfied with your purchase.
I see that the TT is MT. Will the TSX be the family/SO car or are you just tired of shifting yourself?

I recently bought a new house only 5 miles from the office and the TT is just a pain to drive such a short distance with 10+ traffic lights in between, I don't like driving the Tacoma all the time, and I have been wanting a luxo/sport sedan for a while. Plus, at 7AM I want to get in the car and be able to relax instead of rowing all the way to work.
For now I will be keeping all 3 cars, but the TT might be up for sale soon as I'm not sure I need it, plus, the Federal Elise and Corvette C6 look very tempting and getting rid of it now would give me time to save my pennies for one of those...

GET DA ELISE.
My friend gave me a hell of ride in his yellow Elise. Damn, it's the best toy you can find out there! And his Elise is just a euro spec, doesnt have da new Toyota engine. Imagine what new Elise can do.

Yea, you'd be amased at what cutting off several hundred pounds off a typical car will do to the performance when the engine is only so-so. That's the trick to the Elise - it's very light and can hang with cars with much more HP.
