Hondacare does transfer within a time window with the payment of a small fee. I don't have the contract nearby, so the details escape me but I remember that I thought that a $0 deductable Honda warranty would be a definite sales"plus" if trying to sell the Oddy with 80k miles on it! I'd guess that Acuracare is similar.

 

I believe extened warranty in Canada is transferable too.
