So Much for Waiting 10 Weeks...

I was debating about putting down a deposit and waiting until Jan for a TSX at one dealership, but...

Today I get a call from another dealership that I really wasn't planning to do business with (they were pretty aggressive with me after a test drive), but it turns out they had an MSM/Auto/No Nav that dropped on Tues and wanted to work something out. To make a long story short, I paid about $200 more than the 10 week wait dealership was offering, which I feel was a decent trade-off.

Out the door was $29200. The price before taxes, Reg/VLF, Doc Fee, California Tire Fee, blah, blah, blah was $26397.49. The car had wheel locks and mud flaps on it (no trunk tray). The car had not been out on any test drives- only had 2.5 miles on it.

Hopefully this info will help any potential SoCal buyers out there...

BTW- I have number 16886

Congratulations!

How did you end up paying for it? Cash? Finance? Lease?

I did a lease on mine... was out the door driving my new car home in less than 90 minutes... #16692.

Thanks Steve!

I paid cash for the vehicle. I was driving home in 45 minutes

Curious, what kind of lease deal did you get?

The Acura Luxury Lease from the dealership, through American Honda Financial Services. I paid list price plus a $550 acquistion fee, 0.00250 rate, and 48 month term @ 15k miles/year; wrote a check for $1128 and will pay $450/month ($418+tax). The residual was 51%.
