To be honest... this is something I have been thinking about for a while for a few other reasons than those mentioned above. I hate listening for every little noise all the time when I'm in my car and freakin out when I hear something (even though no one ever hears it!) or not wanting to take my car in for warrenty work, etc... As well as if I want to buy a new car, having to worry about taking everything off super quick... it's really kinda dampens the expirience of having the car.
Plus, now that I will have my other car down here I will have my "fun" car... so I look forward to that.

Congrats on the engagement. But the real reason to part out must be the need to pay the credit card bills on the diamond, ouch

Hence the slight worry I have now about being down 10k and Ashley deciding she wants to go to med school

Well she'll be able to take loans if that helps any. My brother is about to finish med school and he owes a lot in loans. With the salary he'll be making it should no problem for him to pay it off though. I know having the debt sucks, but I think almost everyone that goes through med school owes a lot after they're done.
