damn that sucks. i was worried about that yesterday. i was driving in the rain and suddenly it started to hail and i was like "oh shiet". i check my car and there no dents i think.
this the hail on my driveway, after the hail on monday.

there actaully still a big chunk of ice in the drain right now.

sorry to hear about the damage. we had hail here in january, but they were only pea-sized and did no damage.

oddly enough, i was hoping to escape crappy weather after leaving houston. then again i'll be in santa monica and cerritos most of the time, and we usually don't get crazy weather.

Don't be so sure. I was in Lakewood the day Howard got hit in Arcadia and there was hail out there as well. Luckily I wasn't driving the TSX.

Howard, I hope your dent wizard is able to get all the dents out for you.

that's why i can never live too far from the beach. i used to live in redondo beach, and it seems nothing all that bad happens there.

now, if only i can undo the damage that has been done by leaving my car out in the open in houston....

I will let the dent remover to remove it first. Usually, the bodyshop will fill up the dent and repaint it which I dun like this idea. But in Toronto, the dent removal won't cost you more than $200Cdn for whole car.

Man, I love the beach too. But now with the heavy rain in SoCal, you have to contend with flooding, really high tides, and landslides.

well, that's why i like redondo beach. where i lived, we never had flooding, didn't have to worry about a tsunami and the air is clean (relatively speaking). i'll probably move back there after summer. until then, santa monica will be home.

I work in San Gabriel and my 04 TSX also got pretty beat up this past Monday. Roof, hood and trunk. So did a couple of co workers, 1 with a Volvo S60 and another with a Civic coupe. Probably 50+ dimples, some very noticible, even on my Pearl White TSX. We had 1" - 1 1/2" hail. I have Mercury Insurance (they suck when you have to file a claim) with a $100 deductable and it's covered. The only thing is I have to go to one of their recommended body shops for a estimate, but i can use who ever I want. Acura of Glendale recommended Dent Wizard also, but I've called every day Tuesday to Friday and have not heard from anyone. The lady keeps taking my name and number and says that a technician will contact me to look at the car. I think they're based out of the Mid West.

its best to use dent wizard instead of body shop, body shop can fix it perfectly, but they will hvae to paint, sand and use primer... and material to make ur car flat again, though damage is not bad, your car will look like it has been in major repair... not good

for me. over 30 dents covering hood, roof and trunk... took 4 1/2 hours and 350 bucks. He said dent wizard would have charged well over 1000 and same thing my body shop told me, body shop even said better to let dent removal guy do it. I have asked the guy, he said its ok to give you guys his number , so PM me if you have dent and i will give you his phone number. THis guy is very very very good, nice and hard working...

and one of the reason why nobody is returning ur call is because they are busy as hell, so many cars got damaged, he said RUsnak Mercedes in arcadia has hundreds of mercedes , new ones damaged badly, and they are sending technicians round the clock working on it. They are charging Rusnak MBZ flat rate of 700 bucks per car since they have so man ycars... they are too busy to return calls at the moment

Hail Damage

If anyone else is in need of PDR let me know, I know quite a few techs that do nothing but hail damage at a reasonable price, Ryan
